How GRS protects fleet platform data

GRS combines provider-layer infrastructure controls, role-based platform access and disciplined data handling. Security and compliance statements refer to GRS's selected infrastructure and software/platform providers unless otherwise stated.

Provider-layer infrastructure

Hosted on infrastructure and software/platform providers with ISO27001-certified or ISO27001-aligned controls.

Role-based access

Authorised users see only the vehicles, data and features their role permits. Admins manage roles.

Platform permissions

Granular permissions cover viewing, editing, exporting and configuring fleet data and devices.

Data handling

Location, behaviour and camera data is processed to deliver fleet visibility, security and reporting.

Account hygiene

Named user accounts with passwords. GRS does not share platform credentials between fleets.

Scope of statements

Compliance wording refers to GRS's selected providers. GRS itself is not separately ISO27001 certified.

Provider-layer security

Built on infrastructure and software/platform providers with ISO27001-certified or ISO27001-aligned controls. Role-based access controls and GDPR-aware data handling apply across the GRS platform.

Security and compliance statements refer to GRS's selected infrastructure and software/platform providers unless otherwise stated.
