By accessing and using GRS Fleet Telematics services and website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use licence

Permission is granted to temporarily use GRS Fleet Telematics services for personal or commercial fleet management purposes. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without authorisation
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person

3. Service terms

Our fleet telematics services are subject to the following terms:

• Services are provided on a subscription basis with specified terms
• Hardware purchased from GRS Fleet Telematics is owned by the customer, subject to any separate written agreement for leased, rented or managed equipment
• GPS tracking data is collected and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Service availability is subject to network coverage and technical limitations
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with notice

4. Disclaimer

The materials on GRS Fleet Telematics' services are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

5. Limitations

In no event shall GRS Fleet Telematics or its suppliers be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

6. Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

7. Related terms

Purchases of hardware, software or services are also governed by our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
